Do you take small jobs?
Absolutely. Most visits are a handful of small fixes knocked out together. If it's on your list, it's worth a call.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes, estimates are free. Texting a few photos to (609) 501-4183 is often the fastest way to get a ballpark price.
I don't live at the shore full-time. Can you still help?
Yes. We regularly work with second-home owners and rental owners. We can use a lockbox, coordinate with your property manager, and send photos when the work is done.
Do you work with rental property owners and property managers?
Yes. Pre-season prep, between-guest repairs and inspection punch lists are a big part of what we do, especially in Ocean City, Sea Isle City and the rest of the shore towns.
